day 3 // & a playlist.


+ well here we go with day 3
+ i liked day 3. i started to feel good and committed
+ of course i'm a little behind on posting but not on getting my swol on, yep that just happened.
+ i thought since i work out i might as well post a workout playlist. since they go together like peanut butter and jelly. 
+ i tend to make a new playlist every time i go to the gym.
+ i'm a playlist junky 
+ if you don't like a certain song skip it, since i do like a certain kind of music...i am prone to put that music into my playlists. judge if you will. 
+ but especially when i work out i need something that could keep me pumped.
+ so here are some ideas for your cute little minds:
+ p.s. it wouldn't be a workout playlist without some lil' john...enjoy his raspy voice




+ you gotta have 2nd sucks for the second song on every playlist...

  • knowing that the semester is almost over
  • fuzzy jackets
  • cuddling before bed
  • mexican food
  • wearing TOMS
  • where there is [free] wifi
  • freaking bates motel...insanity
  • feeling the burn in my legs
  • when the kids call me 'mrs. sara'
